Guideline To Service Rates

Chicago Cleaning Land tailor your cleaning service to suit your specific needs. You set the priorities for your housekeeper. This is why we provide each of our customers with a customized estimate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Our personalized estimate will ALWAYS include any applicable discounts. Our charges are usually much less than our competitors. The estimate of rates for your home is based on the size, construction, etc. Some homes just clean easier and quicker than others and some are more difficult. We do not charge by the hour, as many other services do and our people are not paid by the hour. All charges are based on the house. You will not have to worry that cleaners will come into your home and swish a duster around for 5 hours and charge double for a job that could have been done in 2.5 hours. Rates will be quoted per cleaning service - flat rates, and include our cleaning supplies. Typically teams sizes are 2 or 3 people. Chicago Cleaning Land reserves the exclusive right to select the team size based on the schedule and staffing requirements for the day in question.
2. All estimates are site unseen. The more accurately you can describe the size and condition of your home, the more accurately we will be able to estimate the actual cleaning rates. PLEASE NOTE HOMES IN POOR CONDITION WILL TAKE LONGER.
3. Chicago Cleaning Land has a fee of $25 for a cancellation within one full business day of a scheduled appointment for any reason.
4. If you decide to commit to a regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule Chicago Cleaning Land will always try to send out the same team each trip, however to due maid's scheduled vacations, vehicle issues or illness we reserve the exclusive right to switch teams without prior notice.
5. Please note for the maids any surfaces such as floors or cabinets that require non standard cleaning materials. The customer will need to provide aforementioned nonstandard cleaning materials in order for maids to clean the surfaces in question.
6. Chicago Cleaning Land has a 24 hour warranty from the completion of the cleaning project. If we have missed an area, damaged or broken an item, please call us within that timeframe and we would be more than happy to come out and re-clean the area in question, repair or replace the item at no additional charge. Chicago Cleaning Land does not give monetary refunds, we would prefer to fix the issue in question, and use it as a training opportunity for the maids. Complaints filed after 24 hours of the completion of the project fall outside the warranty period and unfortunately cannot be covered. Chicago Cleaning Land will not be held liable for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage.
7. By authorizing Chicago Cleaning Land to clean your home, you are agreeing in advance to our terms and conditions.

Chicago Cleaning Land services are provided on a one-time, weekly, bi-monthly and monthly basis. We offer a discount for customers who commit to a weekly service schedule.

If you must cancel your scheduled service, we require notice at least one business day in advance. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us! We're happy to help.
